I've always wanted to be seen as a person who showed great leadership, compassion, and empathy. My love for communication and building relationships is a key part as to why I love Public Relations, spreading the word for companies and people from an external point of view.

My love for Chicago, the city where I was born, has been a huge part of my growth. It’s where I’ve learned so much that’s shaped how I think about the future. I really appreciate where I come from because both the city and its people are unique to me. My parents have guided me through a journey where statistically success seemed unlikely, but their support has been everything. Looking back on how far I’ve come, I realize how important it is for me to be a positive role model for my younger family members and others who look up to me.

Becoming a graduate of the PRAD program at DePaul has been a dream come true not just for me, but for my parents as well. The confidence I’ve gained to keep telling stories and building relationships, both through sports and beyond, has opened up new opportunities for growth. I’m excited to see where this journey takes me and how I can continue making an impact.
